Administrators Half-Day Workshop “From Fullan to Flourishing”
April 13, 2018 @ 8:30 am - 12:30 pm| $75
A half-day Workshop for Administrators and Admin Teams
This half-day workshop aims to address the result of the conversations from the Michael Fullan session in October and will inspire your team to facilitate change!
Nathan Siebenga, the Principal from Hamilton District Christian High School will lead this workshop to share his practical experience in and facilitate the dialogue on “Teacher Development”, “Improvement Versus Innovation” and “Being Bold- Why it is Worth Doing in Your School!”
This workshop is intended for administrators, principals, and admin teams – include someone with leadership capacity that would be able to support making change happen! Fullan commented that “if you want change in schools, principals should have at least two teachers to work on something and allow them to reflect on their learning.”
Bring along two or three others who are “first followers” or “early adopters” who will help lead innovation at school. There will be opportunities to explore the schools’ respective contexts.
